How to shop

We aim to make your shopping with us as easy and as safe as possible. We have taken every care to ensure that you can shop in a secure environment. Your online payment will be handled by PayPal, a market leader in secure credit card payment. Your data will only be used for the purposes of processing your order, delivering your goods and keeping you advised of new products or offers from Innovations for Health. Your data will not be used for any other purpose or given to any third party without your permission.

How to shop online
Shopping online is like shopping in a supermarket. You can add products to your basket and then pay when you have finished shopping. You can review the contents of your basket by clicking on the basket link. When you have completed your shopping and you are ready to pay, click on the checkout link. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping are added to your order at checkout.

To browse our store either click on the Shopping link or locate the products that interest you and click through to the store. Our ‘Store front' offers you either a list of all our products or the opportunity to browse individual products. Either way you are given the option to add to your basket or buy.

Once you have completed your shopping you can either check your basket or proceed to the checkout. If you do not have an account with us you will be prompted for your details.

Once you have entered your details you may continue to where your purchases will be summarized and presented to you. Once you have confirmed these your total including taxes (if applicable) will be calculated. You can then pay for your goods.

Shopping by phone
To call our order line within the United States, please phone (914) 837 5485. Remember to have your complete order details and your credit card details ready. Our Customer Services team will take your order and confirm when your goods will be dispatched. Normally goods are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment subject to availability. It is the Company's policy to use a shipping company with a tracking service. The cost of the shipping will be added to your bill.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Innovations for Health expect your purchase will provide you many years of value. If, on receipt of your purchase you are not satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

Return time frame
Unwanted merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Physical condition of the returned goods
All returned goods must be in an unused condition and in their original packing material. Items that have been washed or dry-cleaned are not refundable.

Shipping costs
Charges incurred for delivery (original), return and re-orders are not refundable.

Manufacturer defective merchandise
Will be exchanged at no additional cost if returned unused within 30 days of purchase

Return authorisation
If you are considering returning your product, it is recommended that you contact Innovations for Health before doing so. Customer Services will issue you a Return to Us number (RTU), it must be clearly displayed on the returned packaging

Refund credit
Refunds will be given within 48 hours of return of your goods to Innovations for Health, assuming they are resalable. In addition a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Products listed as “discounted” or “special offer” or under “promotion” will not be accepted if returned and no credit will be issued

SHIPPING

Products are usually shipped within 24 hours from receipt of payment. Shipping is provided by UPS Ground Service with tracking
